Essential Oil Blend For Meditation

Nothing can help you get into the spiritual, meditate mindset like using essential oils. Using this essential oil blend that is based on ancient holy oil recipes will help you find inner peace, calm anxiety, alleviate stress, reduce depression, and balance your emotions.

Meditation Diffuser Blend

  1. Fill your diffuser with water as directed in the diffuser instructions.
  2. Add one drop of each essential oil of frankincense, patchouli, vetiver, ylany ylang, and sandalwood.
  3. Turn on the diffuser 5 minutes before you begin your prayer and spiritual practice.

Meditation Blend for Roll on applicator

  1. Fill your roll on applicator 3/4 way full with the carrier oil of your choice.
  2. Add 10 drops of frankincense, 5 drops of patchouli, 5 drops of ylang ylang, 5 drops of vetiver, and 3 drops of sandalwood.
  3. Place roller and cap on bottle and roll in your hands to mix the oil blend.
  4. Apply to your wrists, back of neck, and soles of feet before you begin your prayer and spiritual practice.

When seeking peace of mind and oneness, the atmosphere of your space matters, creating ambiance will help you get into calm mind state.  Candles change the overall feeling of a room, candles can be simple and effective at creating an atmosphere that reflects your intentions. 

The flickering light is soothing and mesmerizing which can help take your mind off of worries, and calm your mind.

When using candles to improve the atmosphere of a room more is better, group your candles together in clusters surrounding yourself with flickering light.
