Coffee reduces cellulite, and improves appearance of the skin.

Coffee’s high caffeine content helps to increase circulation to the area, while the exfoliation effect of the coffee dilate the blood vessels and its natural astringent properties tighten the skin and reduce the size of pores.

#2 Add Coconut oil to Container

Coconut oil hydrates the skin, reduces inflammation, reduces toxic buildup, and premature ageing.

Coconut oil moisturizes the skin by penetrating to a deeper level than other moisturizing products. This is because coconut oil has a low molecular weight.  Antioxidants work to reduce oxidative stress, reducing the visible signs of ageing or stressed skin.

#3 Add Brown Sugar To Container

Brown sugar contains glycolic acid which really increases the exfoliation properties in the scrub since it works as both an acid and a scrub.

Brown Sugar’s crystals exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells creating a smooth glowing appearance. The dual action exfoliating power of brown sugar removes the dead outer layer of skin allowing the nutrient rich ingredients in this scrub to better penetrate the skin instead of being caught up on the surface.

#4 Add Cinnamon to container

Cinnamon stimulates cell regeneration, and increases blood circulation. It’s also packed with minerals and vitamins: magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, and vitamin A.

Cinnamon is great for getting rid of body acne, red dots on arms and legs, and ingrown hairs. This because it’s anti-fugal and anti- microbial properties eliminate bacteria on the surface of the skin as well as inside hair follicles. It’s also loaded with anti-oxidants such as polyphenols that protect your body from damage caused by free radicals.

#5 Stir ingredients together

Your Scrub is ready to use!  Store in the shower for regular use, we recommend 3-5 times a week.

Massage on the skin in circular motion ions for 10 min moving towards lymphatic drainage areas of the body to move the water retention and toxins out of the area you’re working on. The lymph flows from the feet towards the heart, and from the arms towards the heart.

Benefits of body exfoliation

  • Reduces Cellulite
  • Reduces acne, ingrown hairs, and redness in hair follicles
  • Smooths rough dry skin
  • Increases circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Increases penetration of products applied to the skin
  • Evens skin tone
